2) Yes, I know what plur is, and unfortunately the rave scene in Toronto (even before I stopped raving) PLUR died. If you aren't from Toronto, then your scene is definately TOTALLY different. Theres lots of fighting that happen in Toronto raves, and theres a difference between "All Ages" and "19+", the all ages ones is where the teenagers are (obviously). And obviously its about interacting with others, but the kids in Toronto go for drugs, thats it

Ofcourse raves have the highest population of drugs, and I think its because its the music and everything, and the drugs enhance it, and make it lovely to listen to, and you get RIGHT INTO IT.... But you don't need drugs to have a good time, and if you think you do, you shouldn't be attending these parties.
