This jerk and his wife are under criminal investigation. They are just total embarassment. Shameless man shose relatives and cronies are all either in jail or charged or being investigated.

"Under investigation" and "alleged" are very different from the proved and known corruption of the administration that's heading the investigation. The word "shameless" is better fitting for the man that shamelessly ignores the will of the people, busies himself in shifting blames, and, yet, believes he holds enough righteousness to accuse an honest man of crimes Roh has never committed. If the investigation did exist to eradicate corruption, Lee and Jun should have been the first to go.
