In Graeme Kent's book "A Pictorial History of Wrestling" pg 10. "Egyptians knew virtually every hold practiced today". "Both of the upright and ground varieties". One such tomd is call Beni-Hassan. Great Research!!!
think you could include some Mongolian Wrestling and Shuaijiao? You had Mongolian throat singing in part of the soundtrack.... but no video of it in the last part
grappling is not only the oldest sport but the oldest form of combat.... im not putting down striking, but since b4 man knew how to throw a strike he knew how to push and pull, thats what the hands are desinged for.

american folkstyle is the wrestling that high schoolers do but it is not the same as freestlye the rules are much more diffrent
