LIVE is a way better service than ps3's online. and in the future: on some games, the online features will be exclusive for 360, because the developers dont have to pay for servers.

the ps3 doesnt even have any good exclusives. MGS4 is so far the only worthwile 1

Even I know Lair ucked. And i dont like the Sixaxis either. I dont use it. and also Halo 3 sucks. Its a shooter for guys who cant play real shooters. Honestly it takes like over 50 shots to kill one guy. In COD 4 it can take one if you shoot the right spot. And how is the PS3's price thft? its 399.999 for 80 GB the 360 comes with 60 and you end up spending more if you get live. And when i had my 360 and LIVE didnt work for one day I was bored as hell cause i couldnt play online.

you can take guys down with one shot in halo, it just takes al lot of practice and a shitload of luck. but i never said halo was awesome, i just mentioned how much a 360 exclusive can sell. i too prefer CoD4 and 2.

how many gigabyte your console has, doesn't matter at all, even 20 gig is more than enough.

the cheapest ps3 in my country comes at $600, which is not worth paying unless the ps3 gets better games.

halo is a massive public game, MGS is a long-time series destinated to a hardcore public which is in minor quantity..

there's a patch that solves Lair's control issues.. and the game gets amazing with this..

and capcom and namco lost money of no other fault than their own. like i said earlier: developers can choose, and they chose to go multi. and that is a GOOD thing. whenever a game goes multi, it gets money from both sony and microsoft, which increases the production value.

and sony does NOT have the biggest fanbase, just look at the console sales. nintendo doesn't have the biggest either, because most wii-owners aren't "gamers," and so they are not fans.

Even NAMCO admit in Japan that when a new VF is released they just "move to the side for the master." VF is a much more tighter fighting system than any other game, but its all down to experience and personal preference of course.

Anyway, this video is old, and as a noob my play was bad, but I've got into it now, and as far as I'm concerned it's the best game available on the PS3 right now. If you're into fighters, get this game.

Most definatly, between VF5 and Resistance, they are the best two looking games with a high-def set. Even more impressive though, is that I have not once seen VF5 slow down for a single frame, even after hours of play. The only downfall to it is the long load times if you don't load the game info onto your PS3's HD, and that with no online, unless you have tons of friends, it's kinda low in replay value. Otherwise it's great!

may I ask, which version of the game is this? The Japanese or Asian? I'm importing too and I was a little worried about the language options. You're in a perfect position to confirm that the game is indeed region-free and has full english support. Great video!

It's the Japanese version, I have an Asian PS3, so yes it's region free, all games are as US games work on it too. It has full English support, including commentary, most of my games are Japanese, and they all have full English support. One exception is F1, I'm waiting for the UK release so I can have UK commentary, plus online play, which is a strange omission from the Jap version.

I can pretty much guarantee that the Asian version will be identical, but might have some English manuals, or inserts, and will be cheaper. That's the version to get if you have a choice, but you won't have any problems with the Jap version if you don't.
