  • i never see Kobe travel

  • lol @ the brittany spears comment

  • People who like Kobe but not LeBron aren't real basketball fans. Sorry. They're both spectacular players, hating one and loving the other is plain idiotic. Get their dicks out of your mouths acting like they're your boyfriends or something and just enjoy the extreme talent they BOTH clearly possess.

  • @bombardsquads i dont like lebron but i can acknowledge that he's a great player

  • illest video of kobe.. BLACK MAMBA BITCH!

  • Hey Kobe, when are you going to come to one of my concerts? Love ya Babe *Kisses* <333

    ~Brittney Spears

  • @DirectorRico i know right lmfao fucking britty spears

  • at 3:52 kobe was like i'ma slow it down and Sike!!1 im just assist it to ariza for the slam

  • such a good kobe video

  • Kobe schooling Denver over and over

  • Lebron is the greatest of all time

  • @2enchant Lebron the greatest of all time r u blind or something Lebron has won nothing yet MJ has six rings and isn't scared to take shots in the fourth quarter like LeBrick and KOBE has five rings tell Lebron to try and win a few rings on his own without Dwayne Wade carrying his pathetic ass then u talk about LeBrick being a great but he will never be the greatest of all time get that straight u worthless piece of trash and u just proved that u know nothing about basketball dumbass

  • I love porns... U too?

  • You just saw Kobe Bryant owning 27 Teams

  • Kobe's game is better than Lebron. However, Lebron is a more dominating athlete. As far as a skills perspective & variety of shots they can take & all around game Kobe is better & has a better skill set. Lebron is just such a dominant athlete that it's easy for him. I mean he's a great player & his skills & all around game are great too just not up to par with Kobe though. But I think Lebron is a tad bit of a better passer though

  • @BigDaddyMoe6 TAD bit better passer? What NBA are you watching? LeBron is LEAGUES beyond Kobe as a passer, one of the best in the league. LEAGUES beyond Kobe as a defender. Kobe is the better SCORER. People dont realize how much LeBron actually does. This is coming from a Kobe fan. I like LeBron too because I enjoy watching all of the great players, but Kobe fan first, and always Lakers 4 life. But If you say Kobe is the better "ALL AROUND" player you are just living in a fantasy land. :)

  • Song?

  • IF U DELETE THIS VIDEO, IM GONNA KILL U! LOL

  • As nice as this post is all it's doing so far is reminding me that Ariza, Farmar and Odom are not with the Lakers any more.

  • 5:28 Bitch please this is Kobe

  • if lebron stats are better is because he entered the nba to a team that needed everything from him kobe entered to the best franchise in the world where he came from the bench and worked his way to the top

  • @kebr3n that just proves that he was better from the start. kobe had to come off the bench while lebron started for his whole career

  • @liljohn995 Well, yes LeBron was better when he got in the league, probably. But mostly it is because he ended up in a trash team while Kobe had to fight his way into the lineup of a better team. Saying LeBron is a better basketball player than Kobe is something I'll never agree with however.

  • his shot over Dwight is sooo sick

  • look at Turiaf at 1:35 hahahahaha!!

  • @TexansCavaliers i never said kobe was better stats wise than Mj but Kobe does have certain stats in his career that are better than Mj but overall mj has better stats but is he close it depends on what stats you use to comper them too...i think hes close and apparently so does 26 other people

  • I made it about 1:30 before I had to stop and just say god fuckin dayum he's good

  • LMAO his face at the shannon brown block...and luke, the fuck you doin?

  • If you have time can you quickly check out my new kobe mix

  • song name?

  • @Hawkhunter07 yes dawg i know kobe isnt as good as mj but he has the legenday footwork, postup game, fadaways, clutch performaces, and skills that many best players in the league today dont have....but not saying that he is the best player in the league today cuz hes past his prime but he is the 2nd best player of all time 1st being mj

  • ROFL Pau Gasol with the lazy dunk at 1:01. Classic Pau

  • this cold videos

  • gay music of all time to go with the greatest ever to play the game besides MJ of course and then allen iverson for pound for pound

  • @whooohooo25 you obviously dont respect classic breakin/poppin' original hip hop break dancing beats from the 80's. Shit is vintage classic. Cant expect everybody to like it though i guess

  • Mamba there goes that man

  • kobe is still no.1 except mj.. very talented.. no one can stop him.

  • Kobe Bryant....i kinda start a feelin on u ...like u know....the feelin...and now i am on a KOBE FEVER!!! yeaaaaa.....thumb ups if u like Kobe Bryant...

  • and how effective would kobe be at the age of 40 he will probably average less than 20ppg around the mid or high teens and be a bench player or a key role player still starting but i think kobe would rather retire than to be bench or not be the main man on his team thats just what i think tho judging on his game skills and mentality and personality

  • and kobe's performance in the playoffs is not the main reason in they got swept you could tell he gave it all he got but couldnt do it phiscally/athleticaly.. he couldnt jump to do a dunk or a lay up or get enough lift for his shot if his life depended on it.. it was the whole team that was playing horrible, slacking and to slow on deffence and give the mavs credit they where the better team in that serries offensive wise and some what diffensive wise

  • @ibuffalou i never said kobe was better tallent wise and skills wise than mj but he does have legendary skills....you right mj in the wizzards scoring 20ppg was all skill but when you start to get in the mid 30s like kobe you cant rely on your athletic abily to help you perform at a high rate let alone with all the injuries he had you must relly on your heart, skills and footwork and stragety to help you perform well thats what mj did in the wizzards and thats what kobe did in the playoffs

  • @Calderon2833

You forget that Jordan in his 2nd 3peat was all about footwork and posting up and fadeaways, and he still managed to 3peat while dominating, Kobe just isn't as good as MJ

  • @Hawkhunter07 come on man. 2nd best bud

  • kobe needs more dribbles to get his shot than mj did. this is primary difference that makes mj better than kobe. thus, kobe's game facilitates more standing by teammates than mj's game. watch any of mj's games, and you will see he rarely takes more than 3 dribbles before he shoots in half court set, so mj gets his shots more in the course of the offense, and teammates anticipate better and make cuts or crash the boards (more movement) when mj catches the ball rather than stand.

  • @ibuffalou I think mj's counterparts (as in teammates) also were more fundamental them damnselves than the surrounding kobe counterparts. Like everyone is in Ahh of Jordan and same with kobe including his teammates, but the bulls knew better than to just twittle their thumbs like Pau and friends.

  • @WstCstFllwer that makes sense to me. truthfully, kobe's supporting cast overall is more talented for sure, but they are not fundamentally sound and so when the pressure gets going in the playoffs, unlike mj's supporting cast, kobe's cast has nothing to fall back on. so kobe's cast is more talented, but much less clutch or big game players than mj's teammates. but i think that is function of mj anyway. mj was more fundamentally sound and more of a bobby knight with his teammates than kobe.

  • Michael Jordan is still the Beast

  • this is what i do instead of an essay

  • @ibuffalou kobe has legendary skills and tallent ....kobe in the 2011playoffs was a man that couldnt put his team on his back phisically cause of all his injuries...like the bad knee...bad finger....sprained his ankle in the first round hurt his neck...but kobe in his 15th year starting to get old was still able to average 25ppg in the season and 22ppg in the playoffs thats all tallent, and skill not althletic ability...you want athletic kobe go see him in his early years and in his prime years

  • @Calderon2833 are you kidding me? quit crying about injuries. that is so weak. and 25ppg in reg season and 22ppg in the playoffs is PATHETIC, not something to brag about, let alone compare to mj. you want to talk about skill not athletic ability? why don't you watch highlights of mj at 40, when he averaged 23ppg and 20ppg with wizards, had numerous 40 pt games, a 51 pt game, and 4 game winners (2 over athletic shawn marion). now THAT is skill. youtube "jordan wizards"

  • this song's great match with the dunk and shoot

  • very good clips, but the music ruined everything!

  • and by the way what other player other than kobe was considered to be one of the best the the league still... going in his 16th year in the nba

  • Best Player of all time Michael Jordan second Best player of all time Kobe bryant hes the closest thing we have to an MJ in stats, awards, rings, nba records, killer insticts, heart, clutch, post moves/ footwork, basketball i.q.etc... he's not better than Mj but they are in the same class it shouldnt be a shame to put kobe and jordan in the same class.. any thing lower than that will be desrespectable for kobe

  • @Calderon2833 hes better then jordan talent, and skills wise. jordan was great the second best but kobe has something to him you can just see when he plays hes swift. a natural killer!

  • @Calderon2833 MJ learned alot from DR J so u gotta give him credit to

  • @Calderon283 stats wise? you serious? lmaoooo

    HE DOESNT EVEN COME CLOSE

  • @Calderon2833 Totally agree with you... The only differences between Kobe and Jordan are athleticism (almost no guard is as athletic as Jordan) and mentality. Kobe needed to learn how to be aggressive and get his teammates involved within the framework of the triangle, which is something Jordan learned how to do and he won championships because of it.

  • @Calderon2833 you went hard for those thumbs up lol

  • @Calderon2833 I don't know about that.. probably if you said #2 guards, but come on man Wilt Chamberlain avereged almost 30 RPG and 50 PPG in seasons of his career, Bill Russell wasn't a stat machine but had 11 Championships, 6 MVPs, and Oscar Robertson averaged triple doubles in seasons of his career, etc.

Also, MJ's skill level is clearly beyond Kobe's level. I guess you could say MJ is the best of all time overall, but Kobe's absolutely not second, still probably up there in the top 10.

  • @Chaptopher Kobe is #2 because if wilt chamberlin was in his prime in kobe's time zone he wouldn't pull the stuff he did back then now because the game has elevated alot since wilt chamberlin's time im sayin

  • @basketballbeast210 True that the basketball is different than it was in 60s in training, competition and the addition of 3 point line. But you can put Kobe in the same situation, a different training routine, strategy, and opponents. You could say he would be more or less effective. My point is no matter how you spin it, Wilt was a stand out player. I played basketball all my life and I know well enough that doing what he did every game is extremely difficult no matter who your playing.

  • @Chaptopher if kobe isn't #2 he is easily in the top 5. "kobe Bryant is the most fundamentally sound basketball player this game has ever seen" - Magic johnson "the best offensive player in the history of basketball" - forgot the dudes name but he's on sports center

to be honet i think the only other two you could even bring into the #2 conversation is oscar robertson and magic johnson but magic has also said kobe is the greatest laker to ever play the game...cont

  • @21Morgasm Kobe and Magic both won 5 Championships. Kobe had a 3peat, his third was without Shaq that came as very unexpected and led his team to a repeat. Magic fell short of a 3peat. Between the 2 you can argue, but they'r both respectable top Lakers. These guys were both Lakers their entire career (Wilt won one Championship in his couple years with the Lakers).

  • @Chaptopher cont...as far as russel and chamberlin go...russel was a great defender im not gonna take anything away from him cause i really like bill russel but he played in a league of like 10 teams plus you said it yourself bill russel wasn't a stat stuffer he averaged less than 20 ppg he was know for his shot blocking abilities but was only about 6'9" when he played against someone bigger than him case in point chamberlin his defensive presence really wasn't there...Cont

  • @Chaptopher Cont...and chamberlin in my opinion isn't even the greatest center ever! when he first entered the league there were 4 players over 6'8 in the league and it had expanded to a few more teams now...so he's playing about 8 or 9 teams with a center under 6'8" which he was much stronger than and much bigger than which is why scoring was so easy for him as far as rebounding teams back then were averaging 150 possesions a game to todays 90-100. kareem was a better center

  • @21Morgasm But come on man the guy ran marathons and stuff. He's a true athlete. Yao Ming is (or was) about 6 or 7 inches taller than your avg center, but he never did anything close to what Wilt did. But I like your reasoning and I think that's reasonable to say Kareem's better, but back to the Kobe talk, you want MJ at #1 okay. But Kobe at # 2? No. He's up there but not #2.

  • @Chaptopher m not taking anythingaway from the stilt as far as that goes ya for a 7'1" 7'2 dude he was an amazing athlete but theres a big difference between a great athlete and a great basketball player which is why lebron isn't beter than kobe either the dude could be tight end or a freaking middle linebacker in the nfl he's what 260 and runs like a 4.4but lebron relies to much on athletic ability just like wilt because lets face it their athletic ability is enough

  • @Chaptopher wilt was an amazing enough athlete he could probably pick up and sport and be good, good not great, at it with time but a personal opinion to be great in a sport you have become more than an athlete which wilt did not because he didn't need to he was the best of his time, but this was also a time lacking many rules such as 3 in the key! Kobe wasn't blessed with the godly athleticism the bron stilt and jordan have...

  • @Chaptopher lebron and wilt both move like they should be 10 inches shorter and jordan was just as strong as lebron with better leaping ability but jordan became a student of the game which is why he is the g.o.a.t in my opinion he didn't just rely on athleticism which is what kobe had to do! kobe has spent so much time to become a "basketball player" not just a professional athelete and the result is "the most fundamentally sound player to ever play this game" and...

  • @21Morgasm Yeah, that's LBJ's downfall. Just like Shaq.

They'd give you 30 every night with a ton of boards assists but when it come down to when the halfcourt defense is set late in the 4th, lane crowded, you can't go to Shaq (FT) and you can't go to LBJ, he tends to disappear.

I heard the heat were losing the 4th BADLY earlier, and I thought immediately "yeah, Wade must be having an awful night" if they can't close.

Sure enough, James 11/18 for 28pts and Wade 4/17. Says a lot.

  • @thiennguyenX2 its true he's just so athletic for his build that he doesn't care he's a good player i hate him but i'll give him that, but as far as ive seen he's not a student to the game he's so much quicker than any sf that are his size except maybe durant but you'll never seen him try to become a great dribbler and cross people over like kobe the ones that can keep up with him are no where near 260 with his strength but you'll never see him improve his post game so they can iso him down low

  • @thiennguyenX2 he'll never be a finisher around the hoop if the dunk isn't there both kobe and michael have some of the most insane lay ups and like you said cant close and definitley not a leader

  • @21Morgasm I think what will prove our assumptions on LBJ will be when he gets older and slower. Jordan and KB both has huge skillsets to fall back on, MJ developed a 3-pointer and relied more on his jumper and KB his J and his footwork. LBJ has none of that, I don't see him developing one honestly.

Yeah, ISO LBJ late, he has to dish and all the blame goes on his teammates if they fail to do his job. smh. Clear, exploitable flaws, just like Shaq but no one ever blames LBJ or Shaq for lacking.

  • @thiennguyenX2 exactly ive told people over and over when bron gets older and if he has any sort of knee problems or anything like kobe and he cant rely on athletecism anymore he'll be an average at best ball player no one believes me haha

  • @Chaptopher a basketball iq unparraleled by anyone except jordan, also "the best mid range player in the history of basketball"i think without question jordan is the best basketball player ever and just a matter of personal opinion but oscar robertson is i think the only person you could argue to be 2 if not kobe. im sorry but you put wilt in the game in the 80's 90's which to me was the big man era, hakeem, ewing, robinson, barkely, kareem, etc he never scores 100 ina game or 50 ppg in a season

  • @Chaptopher and ya like you said you could still argue magic and kobe the 2 greatest lakers of all time in my opinion magic was the greatest point guard but hearing magic chuck other respectable hall of famers and everyone on sports center say repeatedly that kobe is the greatest laker of all time that just puts kobe ahead of magic to me. my top five gratest players of all time are

    #1 jordan

    #2kobe

    #3 oscar

    #4 magic

    $5 kareem just my opinion

  • @21Morgasm in some things kobe is better than jordan

  • @diggy675 agreed kobe is a better dribbler and while jordan may average more assists i think kobe is a better passer and he's a better shooter idk who finishes better at the rim they are both ridiculous and jordan was a better defender/athlete

  • @Chaptopher but thanks for not bein a complete douche like most people that argue these points and dont actually present any valid reasoning behind their points

  • great song. NOT

  • 6:45 is a TRAVELLLLL his pivot is his right foot

  • Best part from 0:26 to 0:33.

  • this vid sucks donkey balls. bunch of open shots and open dunks. all kobe's dunks are just beating defenders to the spot, not overpowering anybody or chest-to-chest dunk on someone . contrastingly, here is a vid that has what im talking about. its the 13th vid down on this page youtube.com/user/medestinier#p/u/13/UPRyG5bOOtY.. if you still think kobe is anywhere near mj, see your nearest mental health professional immediately. notice the difference in strength and power.

  • @ibuffalou I agree that Jordan is better overall than Kobe but to be fair Kobe is a great basketball player for what he does on the court. He does help his team win games.

  • Comment removed

  • @AkaJLee24 i feel it is my duty :) to enlighten fans that don't have nuanced knowledbge of the game. i try to give a more rational perspective. based on your response, i believe my efforts are not in vain as i notice you did not refute anything i said.

  • @AkaJLee24 keep in mind that the vid i referenced was mj dropping 42 in 3 quarters agianst the eastern conf champs, all on kenyon martin, richard jeff, and jason kidd, all exceptional defenders, particularly martin, which mj just abuses repeatedly. the vid shows just how superior mj's post game was to any non-big in the history of the game. i mean, he really abuses kenyon.

  • @ibuffalou Haha nothing to refute. Totally agree with you.

  • @ibuffalou while i won't say that kobe is better then jordan yet he's not as far behind as you want him to be. Kobe is already a better ball handler and shooter then jordan was. Jordan was easily the most athletic player of all time only other person that comes close is Lebron. So yeah. And as for kobe only being able to beat defenders to the spot thats the point of basketball. Your suppose to make the game easy not harder by trying to run through everybody.

  • @gospellover3223 the only reason you say kobe is a better shooter is because he HAD to shoot more jumpshots than mj to have a similar offensive output because kobe couldn't attack the basket as effectively as mj. kobe's game was based more around the jumpshot than mj. however, if mj needed to shoot the 3 to be effective, he could. i'm sure i don't need to remind you of the 92' finals, when everyone said the same about clyde, that clyde was a better shooter.. mj didn't like that very much.

  • @ibuffalou and of course Kobe couldnt attack the basket as well as MJ who could? The man was a freak of nature. But its also a testament to Kobe dedication and work the fact that he is even able to produce almost the same numbers as jordan while shooting jumpshots is incredible. It also shows kobe's ability to understand the game on a different level then jordan did as well

  • @gospellover3223 even though mj went to the hole more, there were plenty of games where he took what the defense gave him and hit jumpshots at an even better clip than kobe... i would direct you to youtube footage of mj's 64 point game against shaq's magic back in the day. first of all, that is the most lackadaisacal, easy 60 you will ever see anyone score.. ever. secondly, he scored the 64 mostly on all jumpshots.

  • @ibuffalou ahh the infamous jordan hit 6 in one half stat. Okay he got hot more props to him but don't try to convince yourself jordan was a great 3 point shooter its impossible. As for midrange Kobe and Jordan are unparelled in their ability to makes shots from that area but i give the edge to kobe because of the degree of difficulty his are taken with. Jordan was so athletically superior to anyone else he could get open at any time so thats the real reason i think Kobe is the better shooter.

  • @gospellover3223 sorry bro. but i checked the stats. mj and kobe have identical career 3 pt percentages in the regular season and playoffs. so i guess kobe can't do ANYTHING better than mj !!! lol..

  • @ibuffalou and that right there is one of my pet peeves when it comes to basketball. Okay they don't identical 3pt % Kobe as of right now is shooting .339 to jordans .327 and thats with Kobe shooting almost 4 times as many. And don't compare regular season stats to playoffs everybody knows defenses play so much harder in the playoffs its not even funny. And jordan didnt even make the playoffs with the wizard he hurt them more then anything. I'm not saing jordan didnt understand the game he was a

  • @gospellover3223 did you just say that mj hurt the wizards? this is what i'm talking about - you ignore the facts, kind of like many politicians. the FACTS are that the wizards won 20 games before mj joined, and 37 games both seasons mj played. so how did he make them worse exactly? did you see mj drop 51 against baron davis hornets, many 40 point games, and 4 game winners with the wizards? he did this at 40. i'm not even sure kobe could do these things now at 33.

  • @ibuffalou and mind and try to understand what i'm saying. Jordan is without a doubt the greatest athlete to pick up a basketball and a exceptional mind but even phil jackson has gone on record of saying kobe is more skilled then mj. And what i meant by hurt the wizards is something you have to look pass the numbers to see. All jordan did was chase his ego when he came out of retirement. He hurt that franchise because one he didnt do anything but pad his stats. He was a a complete asshole to

  • @ibuffalou kwame brown and Doug collins his coach. Not to mention he ran rip hamilton out of town because he refuse to back down from the almighty mj. And if mj had stayed in retirement the wizards would have ended up with better draft picks in both 02 and 03 and we all know how good the 03 class was. Kwame brown probably would've panned out into a decent NBA center. Not an all star but he couldve easily been a double double guy. And they could've gotten a legit superstar on thier team faster

  • @ibuffalou so on that note i'm gonna end with this. The kobe vs jordan debate will probably go on forever because they are so similar. While jordan will always be called the greatest thanks to the media. You have to realize that there are some things that kobe does better then jordan and jordan does better then kobe its the same for every legend in history. I'm not knocking history i'm just saying stop putting him on such a high pedestal he did have faults. Just like everyone else

  • @gospellover3223 why do i put mj on a pedestal? because he's the greatest of all time. i don't think you have ever watched mj's game closely before. because anyone who had would not be saying kobe is equal. you knock mj because he averaged 20ppg as a 40 year old and say he ONLY shot 45% from the field. lets see what kobe has left when he's 40. he is already down to 25ppg in regular season and a PATHETIC 22ppg in playoffs. but he's as good as mj... gtfo dude you have no logic

  • @ibuffalou dude i've watched more games then you'll ever know i got jordan rookies games taped on vhs so dont't got ther with me. And i love how you never refute any of my arguements you just keep bringing up the same stats over and over haha. And i'm failing to see how kobe 25ppg is down when that is his career average and he played less minutes then has in like 5 seasons not to mentioned he's playing with more injuries then mj ever did. And please don't bring up the flu games cause thats

  • @gospellover3223 how can you acknowledge that kobe has inferior stats and played horrible in the playoffs yet you say kobe is as good as mj? how can that be? you do understand that 25ppg is nowhere near mj's level right? and 22ppg in the playoffs is like gilbert arenas, not mj. mj would not have been swept by the mavs. it isn't like kobe didn't have a ton of talent around him and he still got swept. so its impossible to be as good as mj with that kind of performance.

  • @gospellover3223 also, let me help you out. rather than have to watch old vhs tapes (how painstaking is that), i recommend the 3rd vid down on this page.. youtube.com/user/medestinier#p/u/2/UPRyG5bOOtY

  • @ibuffalou being sick not injured i've been playing ball my whole life and i can tell you straight up that i would rather play with the flu then have a messed a knee for an entire season. And since when did 22 points in playoffs become pathetic most players dream of that. Granted kobe did play horrible but so did the entire team they were sick of playing and everybody except kobe and bynum dang near quit.
