  • Stop complaining about the music, if it really puts you off the workout you're too mentally weak for the Mudder!

  • Some of the exercises are not meant to be done so quickly though...on the dip machine you need control while going down slowly and then exploding upwards. Same goes for the med ball squats: You need to lower yourself, stop to feel the burn, and then explode upwards. Remember, this is core strength you need to build not just muscle volume through resistance.

  • Do 3 rounds with 30lb dumbells, a 70lb kettelbell, and strict form pull-ups (not hating on kipping, I just don't like doing it) and then call it 'not a real workout'...

  • Is it just one set of all these workouts or do you repeat it a certain amount of times?

  • @JamesSoldner0924 prob. repeats of 4-6 sets. Did something like this with a group of fitness freaks for a period of time just for the h#!! of it and that's how many we would do depending on the circuit setup. Plus lap running thrown into the circuit.

  • @JamesSoldner0924 Start with one set (going hard of course), if you can still move after that knock yourself out. It's very good and tiring
