The vocalist here is Pat Kennedy, with Bernie from 1926 until 1933. He's the young man on the far right above the saxophonists. The silhouetted "singer" in the next frames is an actor. Kennedy had a hit with Bernie with Let's All Sing LIke the Birdies Sing.
