  • i can almost smell his cooking just by watching

  • you r simply the best

  • THE WAY HE SAYS HMMMMMMM AFTER HE MAKES HIS DISH AND EATS HIS DISH WITH SUCH TASTE, MAKES US FEEL HUNGRY AND MAKES US FEEL LIKE MAKING IT OURSELVES. I MADE THIS AND IT WAS A TERRIFIC HIT. TOO GOOD.

  • This looks so delicious, but my problem with most of these dishes is I can't find most of the exotic ingredients. Vahchef, if you can suggest some alternatives that are more common for some of the exotic spices, or if anyone can recommend a market that sells these spices in southern maine I would appreciate it much. Thanks

  • wow really i love ur proper way of telling how to cook the recipes n tips.....thanks a lot

  • Sir,what's that powder name beside turmic, salt adding?

  • @iqraz7 that powder is known as 'hing' in hindi, 'perungaayam' in tamil and 'Asafoetida' is english. Just a taste enhancer which also aids digestion.

  • Dont eat the excellent dish alone.......:)

  • Cool VahChef, I am making thsi tonight as sidedisk for rice. I like it red, so i am going to use chili powder for teh greenchilies with a tomoto.

Keep up the good work mate.

  • try this simple steps to make the dish great for Dosa or Chapathi.

    1. Avoid chasunut & Beans in starting

    2. Mash the potato along withe the Onions when it is done .

    3. Just before turning off heat add puffed channa Dhal Power and mix well and cook for some more time to get some browning

    4. Finally add fried chasunut and beans

    5. Sprinking coriander on top

    This will rock...
