@renagade12 It's actually not specified in the Treaty of Annexation, a common misperception. Texas can leave through a loophole. Under the Treaty, Texas can divide itself into four new states, under the Constitution no state may divide itself without the permission of Congress. If Texas divides & Congress doesn't approve, the Treaty is then violated thus null and void. Personally I think we should leave regardless of whatever the documentation says. America is f'd imo. 2012 is the last hope.
