OverTop - (better) Tool Assisted Speedrun

Hi! MARP record (considered the World Record in this game) is 3'10"21, just with skills, without tool-assistance. There was a tournament (K5) in 2006 where many players challenged and helped to increse the level of the record of this game. Nice game indeed!

Well, I was in the car this morning, completely lost on my way to the nearest McDonald's, when suddenly this yellow Dominator sped past. I thought it was going to McDonald's too, so I followed it. At first it was driving along the roads as normal, but soon it was speeding through forests and farms, smashing hay bales, and skidding around corners at 200km/h in icy conditions.

In other words, I came in second.

I never owned Overtop, is it really that short of a game or is there multiple courses?

excellent run! impressive how you could shave off so much time compared to your first run. i hope that you will record a version on level 8 :)

Anyway, level 8 in this game doesn't make the other cars faster, it just gives you less additional seconds between the stages, so the run would look exactly the same, except that maybe the countdown wouldn't be restored to 99 all the times.

ahhh i see. i already wondered what would change. still, always seeing that 99 after each checkpoint gets boring quickly, so it would actually be nice to see some changes there ;)
