For years I always thought the last 20minutes of the movie was very unrealistic. An entire gang vs. Charles Bronson and his neighbors, with only 3 or 4 police cars responding. I found it hard to believe that this gang was destroying the whole neighborhood and killing people, while there was very little police response at all. Then... I saw the REAL footage of the LA riots in the 90s. You see massive rioting & chaos and NO cops in sight! So, perhaps this movie wasn't so unrealistic afterall??
