My heart broke when all these characters died because I loved them all so much (still do) but I think the worst for me was when Tara died. Her and Williow were my favorite couple and it just was so hard to see that happen. So sad =(

Buffy's mum's death was the saddest because it came from out of nowhere. We didnt see it coming. Normally in the show deaths come from monsters etc, but this was something that Buffy couldnt fight or get revenge on. To be honest I was waiting for the big reveal that it was Glory who killed Joyce, but it never happened. One of the saddest moments in the show completed by the most chilling line: that of Buffy's at the end of the episode "Mom, mom? Mommy?" Sends chills up my spine still.

@BarbieTayBabe well Spike returns, in the Angel show but he does, same for Angel and Buffy, they always come back somehow...the saddest deaths are of those who never return... Tara, Joyce, Jenny are just a few of those that die and never come back, we never see them again, those are the really sad deaths :(

Great Video. Anya's death was short and to the point like her character in terms of being very blunt and up front about it. Not too emotional because that would not be like her character. Tara had the saddest death I have ever seen. It is like since the beginning, she has had that look of innocence and when her hair is in those pig tails and when everyone stands up for her.
