Again, your stupidity prevails. Of course it has been done. Electrolyzers are as old as electricity. However, if you kept up with modern technology, you would realize that wind technology companies are looking into this and automakers. Splitting water by electricity produces hydrogen which burns...but should I expect any less from the guy who suggested that my truck ran on coal? too...
just wanted to point out that the H & O separated, rejoin into both HHO & water vapor. so when you are taking measurements, ensure you also have a way to disconnect power from your cell. you'll then notice the gas collection vessel will drop slightly. this is the water vapor condensing back into water. you should then take your measurement, as what's left is HHO. A lot of ppl out there are giving out measurements which include water vapor as part of the volume.
pretty cool setup

Get a university chem book and the handbook of chem and phys and realise this has all been done already and your just playing. lol

Very simple design. I'm just about at the stage where I will be wanting to measure my output and see how efficient my setup is. Thanks!

nice & simple.

How long (in time) do you wait until you actually figure you are seeing the true displaced volume after the cell is disconnected?

hey thanks for the vid - looking at building a cell but as I wait for parts, I can build something similar to this for measuring hho output.
good job
