I love it!!! I don't care if to others it's messy to me it's your personal twist to the style. (: loved it. And I never thought of twirling my bangs that way. Pretty clever (:
Thank goodness for you! Been trying to get my thumb in the right place... and watched all the videos - still couldn't get it right. Yours really helped. Thank you!!! Will subscribe for more.
your a very good teacher and a lovely girl but I don't like how you style you rolls. They seem a little sloppy and could use much repositioning and more structure. I think i fyou practice it more it'd look adorable but as they are here they don't do you justice.
@RyanShoresWifey I respect your comment just the same as I respect the fact they she doesn't want a perfect, constructed look. She likes it uneven and a little messy. Its quick and easy and that was the point of her tutorial.
Even though I wandered in here by accident, I did give you a favorable rating. More men need to see these videos because what women do with their hair to get that "look" is a mnystery to us. All we know is we can't under any circusmstance ever touch it (unless we have a death wish). The Andrews Sisters referred to a "Dewberry" style in their "Corns For My Country" video, do you know what that is by any chance? The 1940's ladies were gorgeous. Best of luck to you! You go, Girl! :)
Thank you for the tutorial. I just did my hair like this and I LOVE it! I was looking for a pretty style that even I could do, LOL, from my favorite era and I found it! ;-)
urgh love the look and you are very beautiful. I can't work out how to roll the big bang. CAll me stupid but I just get my fingers stuck and end up with a misshapen sausage on the top of my head at the end. <My hair is very long. Any suggestions? Could u roll in slow motion?
Okay, it does take a little practise. Unfortunately i have had my hair cut and can't really do this anymore otherwise I would make another vid. I will have a go in a moment thoguh and if I suceed i will post it for you.
I did use to have the same problem when I first started rolling my hair like this. When you get to the top you only need one finger to push down at the bottom of the loop then the other hand is free to put the pins in. If it still doesn't work - don't stress. Get one of the foam/net bun donut things and cut a section of it as wide as you would want your roll to be, like a hair roller. It is much easier to roll hair onto this and then you can pin it to your head at the top.
@rosieposy8 lol.. Im laughing with you! My hair is a little past my shoulders including my bangs and I cannot for the life of me do victory rolls!! ahhh!!! if you find anything out or some tips send them to me please!
That's pretty cool!! My halloween outfit is 50's inspired, and I was going to buy a wig for the hairdo, but after seeing your vid on how simple it is to do, I can save some money =D
Cool. I thought of doing a similar halloween thing too. If you take larger sections of hair you get the same effect but on a much more noticeable scale. Might be good for dressing up x
Oh my goodness! I've been trying to find the remedy for having shorter bangs than your actual hair to keep it all together! That's an amazing idea. Thankyou!
Thanks x If you look at my other video, I roll the hair the other way too, it gives a different look but still incorporates the shorter bit with the long.
Your hair videos are awesome, Ive recently been thinking of growing out my hair but was afraid I wouldnt know how to do the pinup styles, you have inspired me, thankyou!
Up til now I have just left the back as my hair is naturally wavy but, I think, now you mention it that I have seen similar styles with curls at the back and it looks great, and really authentic so I may try that. Thanks for your comment x
without the victory roll you look like Liv Tyler!

@TheJackattack86 This is 'inspired by' not exact. It's easy and quick, not perfect but it's not supposed to be!

Can you see when I roll the bangs that after every roll up I clamp with my thumb? that means that my fingers don't get all caught up.

You can pin tiny bits of hair from the side of the loop to conceal any foam showing. Let me know how you get on xx
