ECONOMICS. RON PAUL should have been the republican nominee. Watch some of the debates on YOUTUBE and at the end they have polls on who won the debate... RON PAUL is always in the top two, while McCain gets like 7%. PAUL gets 40%+. Some of you people need to forget left and right...and think about what is best for this country. We are losing freedom and a lot of people don't see it.
Maybe because Obama ran up to that black city started getting people together to vote for him. Most voting booths close at normal times.WHEN BLACKS ARE WATCHING BLACKS IT BE SOME CHEATING GOING ON IN LAKE COUNTY ALL BLACK.THE ONLY FUCKING COUNTY THE SOB WON IN.And you call whitey racist, he could not off got this far with out whitey.

Obama is just as currupt as Hillary and McCain, you will see..Nothing will change, we will stay in the middle east, gas prices will continue to climb, all these candidates Repulicans and Democrats take their orders from the same people, and its not the American people, Want to know the real owners of this country? Its the Rothschilds, Warburgs, Shiffs, Rockerfellers, Morgans, Oppenhiemers, ect. This country was bought by these banksters long ago..Thats who these candidates are loyal too,NOT YOU!
The people have spoken, and with one resounding voice from the pacific to the atlantic from the south to the north they sung that timeless hym "Yo bitch get out the way, get out the way bitch, get out the way"
The superdelegates need to call a spade a spade and hel end this thing. All this waiting takes focus and energy out of talking about the issues and fosters a hostility and, like he said, a hunger for this to be over.
Barack should have 299 super delegates if the percentages matched up with the pledged delegates. Giving him a total of 1887 for a lead of 201 right now.
But it's time to put the bad blood behind them, i just wish Hillary had more humility and sense and would leave the race now so that could be done instantly.
Everyone needs to watch JoeFelice's video response, especially Josh. It's a very important thing. Obama actually won Indiana if you factor in the people who admitted they were voting for Hillary (or Obama) so that McCain will win in the fall. When did Hillary start her "comeback?" When McCain was victorious in the Republican nomination. Coincidence? Definitely not. They admit it in exit polls!
It's good strategy for Obama to keep the race going because he'll get more media attention, which will help him gain more much-needed nation-wide name recognition, and he will ultimately come out looking like a true tried and tested champion after a tough contest with Hillary. Additionally, the arguments she launched against him will carry less value when the Republicans rehash them, especially because Obama's new politics of hope will have securely entered the American political conscience.
Generally good analysis, Joshua, esp. for 1am. I think the big story is (according to CNN's numbers) Obama pads his lead w/ 12 more pledged delegates and 200,000 popular votes. Between 1/3 and 1/2 of the remaining votes were in play yesterday & Clinton lost ground. BTW - the only nugget in here I really disagree w/ is saying Clinton performed well in PA. I have yet to hear a good explanation for how her losing half her former lead in PA while Barack was being aggressively vetted equals success.
She could have won if she just ditched the backstabbing. Maybe it would have been promises she could not keep; given her affiliations with "big bucks" (the ones whose wankers are green). i wanted to hear her say how she was going to take positive steps to diminsh fossil fuel dependence and give people help in doing that. But no! she had to do this idiotic mud flinging jig. Maybe she would be cute if she was 4 years old, but the fate of humanity was about to be in the hands of a Batman villain.
Not sure why someone dug me down. Josh Marshall and TPMtv seem to report pretty objectively to me. Maybe they misunderstood what the word "invaluable" means.
1- Many people didn't vote because they thought it wasn't going to count. So if they had all voted, the results most likely would have been different.
2- Obama's name wasn't on the ballot in Michigan. Even taking that into account, she only got 55% of the vote.
3- No one was allowed to campaign in those states. She's a known quantity. It's proven that when he does campaign anywhere, he either wins it or comes very close.

Here's the deal with Michigan and Florida:
1- Many people didn't vote because they thought it wasn't going to count. So if they had all voted, the results most likely would have been different.
2- Obama's name wasn't on the ballot in Michigan. Even taking that into account, she only got 55% of the vote.
