omg .. I dont know if nastia was the ultimate gymnast or it was her Dad that was like the best coach EVER... im seriously hesitating, since he trains Bross, I think her routines buildup in difficulty and she sticks her landings..

@soberanis100 ...she didnt compete, she is recovering from surgery, well she is recovered btu her foot/ankle - the part she had surgery on was playing up so thought best to withdraw and save herself from injury and compete at visas where she will be healthier to compete...

Great set from her. Either the people who said her new transition was untidy were wrong or she's cleaned it up quite a bit. Regardless, she looked great. I hope she has a great championships; she's had a rough time with injuries and it would be nice to see her come back and be healthy for, I don't know, a few years at least.
