I wasn't there, but it really didn't look like the biker 'did anything.' He appeared to be just riding in the wrong place at the wrong time. Looked like a mortar round landed, he tried to steer away from it and they gunned him. It didn't look like anything was hit by the explosion, either. Did I see this vid right? ( I played it twice.)

Typical actions or our cowardly military. There are so many videos of U.S. running away on foot or in vehicles when they meet the enemy forces - but they are real brave in shooting unarmed guy riding scooter. Those Ossentians are right in that our 2000 Marines that were in Georgia trained the Georgians on the fine art of killing civilians and then running away when the armed enemy army came (the Russian Army in that case). Very sad.
