What a moving personal story. This many and other Jews survived the most horrible experience of the Holocaust. I am touched by his words and his strength is amazing. He lost his parents and family. People who don't understand what the Jewish people went through might consider learning a little bit by hearing this story and others. Live and let live. And the Jewish people need a home, ISrael is very important for the Jews, the US, and democracy in the Middle East.

I am a realist and as such i think all those who believe that Israel will one day just cease to exist are deluding themselves. Israel is not going anywhere and the sooner groups like Hamas realise that the better. Israel proved in its infancy that it was willing to fight to live during the Yom Kippur war and others. I'm not saying Israel is a country which never committs any crimes but what i'm saying is the first step to peace in the middle east is to realise its permanancy.
