The plane ride up was the only scary moment for me. I was so ready to jump, and get off the plane, because it sounded like it was on its last leg. No, but seriously I thought I'd be a little nervous or shakey jumping my first time. When It came down to it, I was so ready. Loved every second of it. If it wasnt so expensive, I'd go as often as I could. Those of you wanting to, go for it. No regrets! And you won't look up at the sky, the same again. =)

Chech-took my first tandem jump 10 days ago. I found the freefall to be peaceful. The only time I was nervous was at 7000' and the ground coming up fast to 5000' and the chute was deployed. Then a gentle ride to the airport below. You will like it. I plan to do it again!

you know that the nerve racking part is actually getting yourself to go out the plane.  Once you start freefalling....it is very tranquil. Its not the rush you are thinking....its a very relaxing and peaceful experience. Enlightening feeling.

because you pay them money to tape the experience for you, and they want your memory and video to be cool and memorable. I did it w/o getting it filmed and they were still cool. Also, skydivers are just a cool bunch of people.

I did a bungee jump once at college. I bought the first ticket and I was the first in the queue to step in the basket of this huge crane. There were hundreds of people watching too so if I was too pussy to jump I'd never live it down. But I did and it was fantastic. I want to do it again! I'd love to do a skydive someday.
