A "freestyle" isn't neccasarily something that is came up with at that exact moment, its a collaboration of thoughts they may of had on the way to the studio, things they have written before, and yes, things made up right on the spot. All memorized minutes before the actual recording. You can find many actual freestyles from Eminem, because hes one of the only people that has the balls to come up with stuff 100% off the top, but its never as good as songs like this. You can tell the difference.
