It's easy to pick on it as the go-to "This is dumber than Family Guy" sort of thing, but if you look at episodes like "Brian & Stewie" you'll see that the show has been constantly reinventing and challenging itself while shows like the Simpsons grow staler and staler.

It takes absolutely no thought or imagination to insult Family Guy, but if you actually watch some of the recent episodes, you'll see that you're pretty much dead wrong in your assumptions about what the show is.
