if that happens use different food cuz i know ur using pellets, different food that i use are earthworms(i cut them in pellet size so they can eat) and blood worms(they can eat a whole one)

@polarbear13000 Thats what mine does! I just got him. I broke up the pellets. The food is called Betta Bites. So just break up the food into smaller pieces and see if it works. Hope that helped! ;D

i just bought a crown betta that looked just like him and he was tiny and a baby and got stuck in some decor (had a seem i didnt see) and when i saw his fin sticking out i broke the ornament only to find him sink to the bottom when he came out :( R.I.P achilles.

i used to have my betta in a round jar alot like that one it worked great. and he spreads those random sticky bubbles around his tank too when hes not making a nest lol. now hes in a slightly larger rectangular aquarium(ive read they prefer lateral swimming space to vertical but im sure thats just splitting hairs) anyway my question is this, what makes a betta a "dragon" colored one, i know its refering to the type of pattern but what specifically is that pattern?

i think you should put a aerator inside to provide oxygen to the plants at night. If not then the plants may die. If your worried about the current created by the bubbles, just put the air stone in a tube stuck into the gravel.
