Well in GW you have original quests, you explore a big 'world', PVP is greater (RPG+FPS fusion? :P), a big variety of builds (yeah in wow the builds are all the same bullshit) and isn't as addicting as WoW (which can be bad, well not for WoW lifeless fanboys, but for normal people who have a life). Well GW has enough reasons to totally crush WoW and the annoying fanboys.

GW is absolutely worth playing, if i were you i would start with the original game and Nightfall, cos orig. has easy start and Nightfall gives you heroes, but their not so important for beginners, in Factions you get lvl 20 very fast but it's kinda hard for beginners so it's like only your Choice :D

yeah in Nightfall you have heroes, and the themes ar different in every game... but heroes are hard to steer and skill for beginners, in the other games you just get normal henchies

Factions is where you get asian kind of Places,

Nightfall is the one where you have Places that look like Africa. If you only get one of the games, you don't get to see the Places of the other game.

Gw takes to much effort to do good in pvp, you need a team, teamspeak, a plan, and have it all worked out fine. and have the right builds. In wow, one single person can also pwn ass. they are totaly differnet and both pwn, wow isnt easier then gw, neither is gw with wow.

guild wars graphics beat the hell out of WoWs graphics, and certain WoW gameplay is better. However, i believe its best to separate the two groups. If you don't like GWs then whatever, play WoW and stfu. And vice versa. Basically, if u play WoW, obviously, you think its better, and if you play GWs you think thats better. Eh, they're both games, that's about the only similarities I've found. I enjoy them both, but they are very different. If you like teamwork and strategy then I'd say give GW a try. Without good teamwork you get smoked in PvP though, nothing like WoW PvP where one epic'd 2h fury warr will smoke a whole WSG round.

You do alot of stuff, do quests, missions, but u never train on monsters as on runescape, u do mostly quests to get Xp and lvls, max lvl is 20 but it's Ok, and you don't got Skillz to kill monsters whit, you use "builds" to own the foes ^^ there is some info, and yes some "guilds/clans" only do GvG(guilds vs guild)
