@crabawhat it honestly depends, if you're harassing, your Q is easier to get off -it has a longer range. Yes, the additional healing and regeneration is nice, if you can stack before engaging without hurting your base HP pool, then go for it, but it's all really situational!

I know he's nerfed, but I REALLY liked 9/021 + flat CDR glyphs. CDR boots + Kindlegem -> Deathcap. This gave me (if I farmed well enough or got kills) a 1.8 CD on Q at level 9. That thing wrecks. right now it would be 2.5~ orso, still very solid.

@paulaao quicksilver in general is a must have, with the recent nerfs it's harder to sustain his hp as hes squishy and his longer cd on his transfusion. quicksilver is now a "must get" item for most team comps.
