Timothy Treadwell made friends with a fox family while living in Alaska (before he was eaten by a bear!) The fox would follow him around and hang out at his camp site. But it was still a wild animal. I would take several generations to totally domesticate a fox and make it more like a dog.
I love animals, but I wouldn't keep a wild animal as a pet. It's dangerous when people think, "aw, it's cute! I want it!" If you're a licensed wildlife rehabilitator, that's one thing, but isn't it ILLEGAL (at least in the US) for people to own wild (and even some exotic) species? Then often there's the problem of irresponsible people deciding they don't want to care for the animal anymore so they release it into the wild--disaster!
If you were really educated in domestic care of exotic animals, you would know that lions are only cared for in a house as cubs and are then either released into the wild of their natural habitat or put into a sanctuary. Idk about the zebra, but the other animals chose to stay with the people that care for them.
I understand about the lion cubs, but the zebra is a wild animal and no matter if u raise an wild animal from birth it can still turn on you. they should be left in the wild, sanctuary or zoo.
Your retarded. Animals bond with living things they grow up with. They are less likely to be attack than a circus trainer who never was there when the lion cub was growing. Common sense you idiot.

It's basically WRONG to keep wild animals as "pets" . They are never utterly happy living with man kind cos they can never be what they're supposed to be when you keep them as pets. That's simply against their very nature. Both pet and the owner are supposed to enjoy this relationship .
Have you seen the video of the old man and the fox? The fox chose to live with the man after he saved him from injuries from wild dogs that attacked it. The fox is staying with the old man because it wants to, and may leave whenever it wants.
:21 the zebra doesn't like that much...

I didn't seem him act how a horse doesn't act every once in a while. They're probably really similar in behavior.

No, zebras are not as trainable as horses.
They really should be left wild.
I realy dont like when they try to tame them.
