When is that kike going to apply that Human Right Watch to Palestinians? Funny how they are popping up against the Venezuelan-Russian relationship. Good luck, sneaky element.
It's very funny intrateinment to listen old people from London&Washington talking about "Democracy in risk"in latin America after all the humanitarian catastrofs that their Imperialism created in the XXcentury for the control of row material for free.
Hugo Chavez , Evo Morales, Daniel Ortega, Cristina Elisabet Fernández de Kirchner , Raul Castro, Oscar Arias, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, .Michelle Bachelet All united against us Imperialism.
venezuela has a 400 billion GDP and massive undeveloped energy resources. Venezuela can be a great ally of Russia - its perfect in position and has a strong economy and energy resources to support a strong military capability.
I think Putin is doing very well pursuing this alliance.
Even if Putin had wanted to extradite Lugovoi, he couldn't because it is against the constitution to hand over a Russian citizen to a foreign power. Putin has created an image in Russia, right or wrong, of being Mr. Law & Order, the guy who does things by the book. That's why he made a big point of standing down as President even when he could have got re-elected because it's in constitution.
If he'd went on for a third term he'd be criticised by the West. You can't have it both ways.
Tomas Shannon from the Whitehouse just declared Chavez has lost a great deal of influence in Latin America and the rest of the World. Ha, ha ha. Who's nut? Definitely, these guys from Washington are all crazy.
DEMOCRACY is already in Cuba! BUT THE US PROMOTED INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN AGAINST CUBA IS SO BIG, that nothing of the advances are known and USA only wants to show CUBA AS AN EXAMPLE NOT TO FOLLOW, MEANWHILE KEEPS ITS TERRORIST AND BLOCKADE POLICY WITH THE ISLAND! when this one ends, DESTABILIZATION IN LATINAMERICA WILL CEASE!
i've no idea how people can draw similarities between aljazeera's coverage of venezuela and fox news.
by the way eva, if you are out there i think i love you. by way of introduction i am from london, 27 years old, unemployed with no discernible job prospects. I do tho speak spanish and can guarantee that i would be as loyal and committed as a labrador. if you are interested please get in contact. te amo
Wow, the piece about Venezuela could as well have been produced by FOX. I don't expect better from most of the corporate media but it is a bit shocking to see something like this coming from AlJazeera.
you are right. their coverage of Venezuela is very bad and it makes me wonder about other stories and areas of the world that I'm not that informed about.
this piece was not biased, eva golinger highlighted many positive points of the articles often neglected and rebutted the human rights watch representative effectively. there are some concerns that need to be addressed so that the western propagandists do not continue their field day smearing campaign of chavez; like the pathetic attempts of the spanish king and uribe. the best way to do this is to put things in the proper persepective and show that the dictatorship analogy is blatantly false.
I saw one general piece on Latin America that showed a superficial analysis (and confused 1970s dictators from different countries) but on the other hand, some of their reports on the coup in Honduras have been excellent.
at least Russia can offer a sort of limited counterbalance to American power in the world now which is a good thing in my opinion... But the world really needs to be in a sorry state when the rise of an authoritarian imperial power (Russia) plays a positive role in the world.
the US has to step down in the terms of STOP EXPLOITATION from minor countries...all those companies with profit based on this fact...AMERICANS MUST START PRODUCING THEIR OWN NEEDS MORE AND MORE also in a sustainable way...this is the main matter to focus on!!! and END WITH THE INTERVENTION IN OTHER COUNTRIES THAT BRING SO MUCH SUFFERING AND DESTRUCTION!!!

We have to bring Democracy to Cuba, otherwise the danger of destabilization in Latinoamerica will persist.

Dictator falsely cloaked as socialist. He lost. Unfortunately he won't go away. He'll show his true colors soon enough.
