this video sucks the camera is not meant to pick up suck high speeds in suck low lighting... your camera has to try and catch the speed of a swinging dart and take in as much light as possible to do it... not only that but the constant movement of the light causes your camera to focus in and out can could potentially ruin the aperture and the mechanism inside...
