that was one monsterous hurricane i was 12 yrs old when this hurricane hit the texas coast now im 16 years old i have a feeling we are going to get an even stronger hurricane hit this year one that will replace hurricane ike from 2008.You have to that hurricane ike from 2008 had a huge wind feild on it's outer side a typical hurricanes winds from the inner eyewall only extend 40 mile's inland hurricane ike was the size of the entire gulf of mexico and affected the entire state
that radio tower for 106 kqqk is about 5 minutes from my house, you can see it from my front yard, you guys did an excellent job making your video in the hurricane, thanks for showing it to us here on YouTube,, i like it
such an eerie feeling after a hurricane basically a ghost town with a bunch of security alarms going off in the background. the storm was alot of fun for me but thats just becuz i love storms
Nice footage fella and a further reminder as to why Ike was my first and will be my last hurricane to experience first hand. The wind was howling continuously which made it difficult to decipher if it was just wind blowing or perhaps a tornado coming...never again!
