it seems to me that pagani are quickly joining the league of car manufactures who don't seem to change the appearence of their cars. the zonda R thought being one of the most incradible machines mankind has ever made, bears many simularities to the first zonda we saw. It would be nice to see a difference in shape or fear pagani fall into a simular class as caterham or westfield.

320 on the long straight. The CCX did 305 and that car had 900+ HP. Really shows you how much speed the Zonda R was carrying around that last turn to achieve that top end charge. Amazing car.

@westy44cal You have to take aerodynamics to hand too... the Koenigsegg has no rear spoiler to stick it to the pavement, so it loses time in corners and speed on the straights. It's slippery and accelerates fast, but lacks downforce.

The Zonda R is still an amazing piece of technology and design.

@westy44cal you cannot compare the zonda r with the ccx, one is road legal so there are restrictions, e.g. tyres which put the power in the road, the zonda has slicks which provide grip at f1 level so the zonda can put the power better in the road.
