This happened a couple years back. Exact same scenario for the same guys case. Be extremely skeptical guys.. no reason to get excited yet.. we're talking about a 100 year old prohibition its not going to die over night.

It's never been judges that have been the problem in Canada.. it's the politicians

and policy makers.. trying to go above the judges heads with mandatory minimums etc.
