This is definitely 1978. At the start of this video, they had just finished the second movement of Chicago III, then meshed it into the holdover drum break from Channel One. I love the Devils, but '78 was probably the worst Devil horn line ever. Very sloppy for a Downey line. They rebounded HUGE in 1979 and later years.

Pretty frustrating. He'll be in 1st grade soon but his level is more on 4-6th grade.
