@TubeKnow I dont know if PIP is new, but I have seen it as an option in PowerDirector, you can check other video editing software for the feature, such as videostudio. Both have free trials and are about $40-50
He would be using an editor within that range or better, possibly Final Cut Pro which is what professionals usually use though it costs a fortune.
But for PIP (picture in picture which is basically both of those, its possible to do with the softwares I mentioned.
@waltermh111 i wonder where in PD is this feature. i have it but i havent explored everything. i learn things as i need it done for an specific project. thanks for the info :)
@TubeKnow I was going to link a pip tutorial, but there were so many in youtube for various versions of powerdirector, I only have pd10 myself, the trial version. I know there is a tab just for adding pip, but havent dabbled with it yet.
@waltermh111 i have PD 9. ah, i found some tutorials. funny thing is that i couldnt find any b4. maybe i was spelling it wrong? idk, lol how is PD10 anyways? i was going to upgrade but it seems the only thing new, has to do with 3D options.
@TubeKnow I wouldnt know the differences or if its worth the upgrade.
But I think they increased their performance parts of the program, so you could have faster rendering and production work, but I couldnt say how much better, I am new to editing, though I like PD10 so far.
@TubeKnow PowerDirector I believe has alot of tutorials for their software too. As does videostudio, as well as very active forums. Not sure if LR will answer but good luck
how did u do the 2 vids inside the intro? have a tutorial for that?
