  • His belly fat is quite thick, but the rest of him is pretty lean. They take the average and i believe 8.6bf is about right. Kevin is 200lbs+ in the video so he'll have more fat on average than a guy who is 180lbs.

  • @tiana1017 Go for high protein diets with low carbs and some fats, count your calories and you'll get there. Lift weights as well to put some muscle on, skinny people with low bodyfat look like crap. Good luck.

  • People need to understand that if Kevin had 20 more lbs of muscle on him, with the same amount of total fat, his core would not look any leaner, yet his lean body mass would be 215 lbs, and his overall BF% would be even lower even though he wouldn't appear to be any leaner in the core area.

    Having low total body fat makes you look lean, NOT percentage.

    A 300lb guy at 10% has WAY more total fat than a guy at 180lbs and 10% (30lbs vs 18 lbs) The 180lb guy will look leaner, more vascular etc

    You are completely wrong.

    Even with more muscle, that more muscle is going to be covered with more total fat. The fat layer will be thicker, thus hindering defintion and leannes + vascularity in appearance.

    Don't even start this with me, if you can't understand the concept of total fat mass, then don't bring up stupid arguments.

  • thanks to your video's and dietary advise you've given others, i was able to gain about 13 lbs ( hopefully more muscle than fat), but i've seem to have hit a wall at 200 lbs. do you have any advise of how i can take it to the next level? i'm hoping to gain about as much weight as you - 215 lbs. thanks as always and maybe you can cover some of that in your upcoming videos??

  • no offense but that isn't 8.6% bodyfat. i'd say closer to 12%.

  • @vlps5122 His bodyfat is 8,6 % like he said.Yes , his bodyfat seems to be higher but that's because of his age.

  • @GeorgiTheAnimal age has nothing to do with bodyfat. just by looking at the abdominal linee you can tell there is far too much fat for 8%. 8% would have a completely ripped core with little visible fat covering the abs and no fat covering the obliques.
