The armor piece you have, the one that covers you hero mouth, the one who looks like the scarf and that appears ONLY in the assessin's chest piece, you creted it, is it a mod or you can really buy it in the game itslef??

You should have scrolled down the comments... I have discussed this several times already. I have oblivion, I enjoy both games, found this mod online, and edited the name and stats to my liking. Seriously. Check the description. You aren't the only person to try and "call me out" for the sword lol.

you don't sound like an ass. I basically had beaten the game in every way I could already. I beat as a hero, as a villan, as a guy who just couldn't care either way. I had gotten every item. So this was basically for shits and giggles.

Nope, you can't even do that in the second one. I think it is a bit pointless to not be able to either tbh. They reserve a few entire races for their npc characters.
