I am going to be 34 soon and have been overweight since i settled down and started a family 10 years ago, no one is to blame but myself for the fact i just stopped caring! i watched dozens of these type of workouts to try and get motivated and nothing has worked until seeing this one! so simple, looks fun, and it tells me that at any age you can do it! post up some more cause they are all going in my favorites!
