In high school, I used to stay after school let out cuz they let students stay from 3pm - 5pm and i'd go thru the comments as I listened to youtube videos and skim thru comments on the videos and would see all the hater comments about Hilary Lip syncing...so singers HAVE to sing differently than the track? Yea some lip sync but who cares? People are dying. People are losing their homes and this negativity in the world sprouting from whether or not someone is lip syncing disappoints me.

It is live with pitch correction. ALL the AOL Sessions performances since 2006 or so use it.

This is live, you can hear her breathing during the chorus, which isn't in the recorded version, and you can't hear artists breathing in playback either. It's live, she hasn't lip synced since 2004 because she got caught lip syncing, and said she wouldn't do it again. If you watch her Dignity tour videos she sang every song live.
