Kalbi is Korean Beef ribs,the sauce is a little different than the bul-go-gee sauce(beef bbq).The spice of the "warm" pork sauce
cools down a bit when you cook it,you're right,Koreans would not like that,lol.
Good try though,I'm sure it tasted good!
Try it with just the warm sauce next time
