"STATE OF MICHIGAN" is occupying the Michigan Republic. It has taken control of your State. @starlitopensky1 tell your friends tht they can be free. "Persons" are not people. They caught you with the 14th amendment. the constitution says "We the People" not we the Persons. your private home is not real estate if you do not use it for commercial use. just as your automobile is not a motor vehicle if you do not use it for commercial use (it is a privilidge to us the roads for profit hence it is a privilidge to "drive") Your home is an incidental sale. not subject to tax. you have to 'Patent' the land in order to have allodial title. but government will ignore everything you present to them because you yourself are a corporation in the eyes of government agents.

Do banks pay property taxes on vacant house on their books? All those empty homes that have been foreclosed on, unoccupied commercial retail and office buildings, who is paying the property taxes on those properties???

I'm suspecting that the bailout - tarp money is paying for those. Printing more notes. Strange that so many more new homes, shopping centers are being built all over.

@abilify10mg True. If government didn't spend so much money there wouldn't be a need to obtain the amount of money they get from taxes. It is definitely criminal what goes on now. The government takes, takes, and takes.
