  • Only once in a freaking century lechi can go down...I bet if lechi fights this asshole again he'll beat the shit outta him , Osu !

  • O maluco mandou bem mesmo!

  • @TheLoxUK

    !00% TRUE!

  • This is precise hit..No good luk here..Leci got casual fighter blast him off..OSU!

  • It was apparent in the whole video that lechi was blocking wrong with his left hand (watch slow reply on the big screen). Little mistake which his opponent took notice to and exploited. Respect.

  • @FJGrayFox how was he supposed to block then?

  • vsjakoe bivaet, est tonus net tonusa, vse pokajet stabilnost, pri sledujushei vstreche, posmotrim, a poka eto ne ochem ne govorit...

  • What are you guys talking about? GSP trains Kyokushin and thats proves everything!Kyokushin is very effectiv in MMA.

  • @PermaneoImperator GSP HAS trained Kyokushin long time ago. He himself says, he doesn't use really any techniques he learned from kyokushin in MMA. This is not to put Kyokushin down on any way.

  • @pastropmal When did he sayd that? How could he say that if he uses hes legs in every single fight he steps in! Lissten, let's say you right, GSP doesn't use Kyokushin, but Chuck Lidell did Kyokushin in his fights and thats it. It's effective! And Machida uses MAchida Karate which is almost the same as Kyokushin!

  • @PermaneoImperator Well the thing is, there's no grappling in kyokushin. Or there is in some dojos, but commonly it's stand up fighting. And in kyokushin rules there's no face punches. So to be good in MMA one has got to train some other style two other styles most likely. Shotokan karate which Machida does isn't too close to kyokushin. Neather is Machida karate.

  • @PermaneoImperator Kyokushin is effective, but it's not enough for MMA fights, not even close. If one wants to be good Out there in UFS or smt. They should probably do smt like Muay Thai and BJJ, or such style.

  • @PermaneoImperator Lidell did Koei-Kan, not Kyokushin-Kai-Kan

  • @blugularis Yeah yeah! And he did kung fu too write?

  • @pastropmal gsp does fuck all in his fights lately, jab, jab, jab, jab, jab...

  • um......a hits a hit....and lechi got hit.....and went down

  • nice move !! kurbanov was rocked !! you know what they say, shit happpens, even if you're good

  • He got up after in 3 seconds, isn't it just waza ari? and not ippon? i don't get why he got an ippon... i mean he got up pretty quick...

  • golpe de suerte nada mas, le doy la razon al españolete que se oye al final del video que se confio demasiado lechi, andaba medio lento por cierto.mis respetos a una leyenda viva como lo es lechi.... osu.

  • OC KADIROVIC CAN K1ETCH DAL PUK DAYAK1I X1EGAR LECHI.

  • it was knock OUT.

  • Anyone who shits on kyokushin because of no face punching needs to stfu, this a competition not a fight for your life, if they fought with gloves there is a possibility that face punching would be allowed, but since there isnt and its BARE KNUCKLE why the fuck would they. I wouldn't join a competition to lose my fuckin teeth. Stop being so fuckin ignorant folks

  • stood up like a man

  • you can make that argument for any martial art including mixed martial arts. there are rules included in every competition because it's a sport...you're just a hater.

  • You don't know anythin about martial arts, especially Kyokushin. Good luck at ur fights, you will need it from my view.

    OSU

  • Yeah if your sayin Kyokushin fighters are arrogant you know martial arts just from youtube.

I wont read your shi** anymore.

    Good luck.

  • best kyokushin style... Lechi..otsukaresama

    osuuu....

  • but hi is still stand

  • EXCELLENT, IT don't come easy.

  • guys why do you talk about something ,you dont even know? who said that he is "retiring".

he is still fighting but unfartunaly not like before, in the same year after this lose, he had an car accident. he still didnt recoverd from that accident. he fought in Russian Championship, and lost to Kozlov in Semi final[if am not mistaken] and this year he was 7th on europeanchampionship ,[lost to russian champ of this year] the fact is he is still fighting but no like before, and its really sad.

  • simple answer to every question kick on face

  • da on je wstal, ili wremya posmotri pochti perwiy time zakonchilas! no lechi horosho dralsya! molodec on

  • ya ne ponyal. on zhe vstal, po4emu boy prirvali

  • was this his last fight????

  • thats a clear knock out! i do research on concussions and it is clear that he is disoriented. he got blasted!

  • It wasn`t a knock out, it was a knock DOWN and a really lame one too. Just a lucky shut.

There just has to be a rematch, cause both fighters need it! Ilia to prove that he was more then just lucky, and Lechi to prove that he`s much better then that.

  • I was there and he looked out to me...had no clue what had just happened (maybe not out cold...but defenitely out of it.)

  • Well you can see it the video too that he was a little dizzy, but he wasn`t knocked out, in the K-1 he would`ve get a count and recover for sure.

No matter what it is clear that he lost. I`m just saying that I want a rematch.

  • ko or no ko , its ippon in kyokushin .

too bad he doesnt fight anymore , after that championship , he was1st in line expected to b the world champion.

  • What do you mean? Is he retiring or something?

  • yes , no more tournamets for him , i heard two of his students are competing in the next world iko1.

    OSU!

  • It`s really sad that, this accident has to be his last fight. Not the best way to retire =) But still Lechi is the best kyokushin fighter ever!!

  • its not sad. you know it didnt change what you think about him , i dont even think its a mistake.

all is well.and he is the best in his generation.

  • Yess, no doubt about it!

  • @arhvash

It's a tournament. They go there to punch and kick; ergo, there is no such thing as a "lucky shot". There is, however, such a thing as Kurbanov underestimating his opponent.

  • @arhvash be fair that was a pretty good kick to the head!

  • @arhvash down and OUT! clean ippon!

  • aldridge no prob m8 any time =]

  • Lechi krasawa!!Nado wed hot razok proigrat...Po otnosheniju chto on mutit, to shas nnakauta i podawno nebilo...Tak chto wseOKS)))))LECHI RULIT!!!!

  • vaaaaaaaaaaaaa ma eh dar iz

  • Thanks for exposing your ignorance.

  • Lechi kurbanov krasava, esli posmotret' na ego nakauty eto sovsem ne nakaut,

  • It can happen to anyone.

  • it's not a KO, dumbass.

a on svoy "koronyi" udar daje ne sdelal pomoemu

  • bliiin sha pobedid veyta co

  • javna vidna shto on vetam drake ne dretsa!

on ivo sazral bi esli eta nebilbi padstava!;)

  • if ilia is a really worthy fighter he will take a rematch

Pust ilya poderyotsa snim esho raz

    koneshno on pobedil

    no pobeda bila ne uverennoy

  • watch the Fight with Hristo Hristov

  • Good comment azt76, watch the ushirogeri before the knockout...it was very too smooth,

Maybe he was too relax because they are in the same team, too confident, or it was just a bad day for him. But did you see his 2 first ko before this fight, it was amazing. For me he stay one of the best kyokushin machine. But this time he clearly lost.

  • on hotel rukoi otstranit udar nogi no ne poluchilos

  • Look at 3.10 he puts his hand down

    Why?

  • lechi the best, that was nothing

  • that was something, that was a knockdown.

  • Eto kto tam oret?

  • I was there.. he was to confident, like he had the tournement in his hand. He is a very good fighter but I didn't like is attitude. I can tell he was so surprised when this happened to him, alse he was dizzy for a while. The kick from the other was very strong even that is not look so.

    OSU

  • OTKROITE GLAZA I VNIMATEL4NO na 3.10 minute vi UVIDETE KAK LECHI OTPUSKAET RUKU VNIZ????

KAKOI LOH BUDET OTPUSKAT RUKU VIDA CHTO IDET UDAR?

    ETO VSE PODSTaVA

  • That was world tournament and Lechi decided not to knock out this youngster from the Russian team. I can see it clearly. Lechi never used that weak strikes before. That was Lechi's fatal mistake, because there is no time for mercy when you participate in that kind of contest.

  • Assalam aleykum! ya davno smotryu boi Lechi i znayu kak on vedet svoi poedinki. Zdes on sam ne svoy kak govoritsya. Mne kajetsya chto vse eto podstroeno, na nego nadavili ili podsipali chto to v edu. Sport eto toje politika, chechencam vsegda delali pomehi v sporte.

  • ofai ma go hilar sun.

Dadovl Lechi obazan nkoatom vzat pobedu v sledujuchii raz.

  • wow dear Lechi !!! bad chance!!! bad luck

  • give hhim 2 years, World Weight Tournament is coming!

  • even superman die once , kurbanov will be back ,this is nothing

  • Or also Wolverine...

  • thanks

  • I was so stunned when I saw him getting knocked down. I have seen him do this to other fighters countless times and then he gets done by his own famous move!

  • His famous kick is the reverse one. What I've heard is that Lechi was too cocky.. I mean the guy is a legend & one of the most DANGEROUS Kyoku fighter in the world.. However, he was apparently too confident on that one as he gave two KO the two fights he had just before.

  • Yeah! Completely agreed he was overconfident and already saw himself as World champion. I've even heard that he said once, that Ewerton might be kicked out by one of his pupils. Just like Pettas with lowered hands vs Pichkunov at 7th World tournament.
