  • nice car, nice driving...but this cracking, shelling sound is strange. Do you know what it is?

Greetz from Bonn, 30km away from the Ring

  • @peterpiogmx

Thanks, and yes it is a dry Delrin bushing on the rear at the front left control arm. It just need a light braoch and some grease.

  • omg der Sound!!! Wenn der beschleunigt, zieht sich die Karosse nach innen zusammen und hinten werden alle mit heißem Asphalt zugeschleudert. Krasser Photonenantrieb!

  • Pretty impressive driving! I like it very much because I have a 325i E30 myself.

The diff looks like a 3.91?

And the camera, what camera did you use? Really nice to see where you were looking at and good quality. Good looking technique also!

  • Thanks. I am just co-pilot in this clip. We are 3 friends sharing the car.

I am not 100 % sure about the diff but I think it is a 3,64. We run on 205/50-15 tyres and when GPS shows 200 km/h the speedo shows 220.

The camera is a bullet camera from x-sportscam. The model I use is Pole Position 580 CCD combined with a sony handycam with remote start/stop button.

  • what about suspension and breaks are they stock? i don't think so...

leave the passenger, less weight ;) better lap

  • It actually has "stock" brakes;-)

Stock disc but upgraded with airducts for cooling and Ferrodo ds2500 pads. Engine stock with stock headers, exhaust and air intake/filter.

Interior stripped out, roll cage, bucketseats and 4pt harness. Glassfiber hood, trunk lidd and sunroof. Weight raceready 1040kg without driver

Poly bushings front and rear. incl engine, gearbox and diff. K-sport coilovers and top mounts. Stock ARB's

My best BTG 8.34 WITH passenger;-) (Logged with RaceChrono)

  • nice Lap !! But Bergwerk (NANANAAAA)

  • What motor is in this car? Very impressive.

  • It is the standard 2,5L 6 cylinder motor. (12valve code: m20b25) No modifications done to the motor, 171bhp as stock
