  • A lot of the images from the PV are cards from a specific old card game. It's eaither called Hanabusa or Hanafusa. You know..."Koi-koi".

  • I listen to this at night.... o3o

And I like to sneak up behind my brother and whisper the lyrics.. :3

Yes, I am slightly disturbed XD

  • Is that a wolfy?! I luv wolfies! :D

  • @kiecothewolf Fox.

  • @bloodyxberry oh...WELL POO TO THAT! lol k:)

  • its like a nursery rhyme gone wrong! yay!

  • I don't think this is scary, but messed up. I love it <3

The only thing that IS scary about it to me though...is the bad grammar. Either the translator was bad or the translation was intended to be like that, I dunno, but it makes me think that the people in the song are so barbaric and unmannered that they don't care how they speak. "They sucks blood of a wriggling python" scares me the most @-@

  • Shouldn't 孕んだのは髑髏 be 'what she has expected is a scull'? Because 腹を見せた鯉のぼり is obviously a metaphor of a pregnant woman.

  • ....I can't be the only one hearing "yaoi" in the chorus.

    Or am I...?

    Dx

  • sounds weird in broken headphones. Cuts off a lot. and makes it higher pitched.

  • can you get the romanji up? :o

  • @cresent665 Please try "Musunde Hiraite Rasetsu to Mukuro Vocaloid Wiki" at Google. You will find that.

  • I'm not finding this very scary at all. I think it's cute.

Does that make me insane, or normal?

  • @AlexiaCarcera It is and it's "iie" not "iya"

  • @Frost0415 My cat was sitting by me staring at me when I was watching this

  • @shinekishm They're prostitutes

  • My cat is sitting next to me right now O.o.....

  • @werewolfgirl1995 And its gonna eat your soul... (I dont know what I'm talkin about :3 )

  • @amaterasu2582 Lol and the scary part is she can open doors O.o

  • Kitsune? :/ this gave me the creeps but it's still awesome.. And the wolf reminds me of Kitsune foxes o:

  • I always clap at the end of this video. Not because I love this song, but because I feel like if I disobey the wolf it's going to kill me.

  • @SkellsAccountofDOOM I think it's a fox, not a wolf. A reference to Kyuubi (the nine-tailed fox)

  • @AMETHYSTwolfP It's inari. Try googling ' 稲荷 お面 '

  • @AMETHYSTwolfP Either way, I feel like I'm going to be kidnapped if I disobey.

...which makes me wonder why this is one of my favorites....

  • See you tomorrow!

dont know why it make all my fur straight up .....

  • Just PERFECT.

It is pitch black outside and the lights in my room are blown out. All I have is a phony little lamp.

Now I need to find something to keep me entertained while I'm awake.

  • It's okay, I didn't need to sleep, anyway.

  • It's good to hear this song again.

Forgot how incredibly creepy it is.

    Don't watch in the dark~

  • @RandomInterwebs I'm gonna watch this again at night just to see how it feels :D

  • @RandomInterwebs The result = awesomeness and probably no sleep :D

  • @RandomInterwebs

    TOO LATE. O_O

  • This song is about Childrens innocence and using them as prostitutes.

  • I survived 2012.

  • Why does this remind me of Hell Girl.

  • ummmm can anyone tell me wat this song is saying

  • Vocaloid + prostitution + demons= AWESOMENESS!!!!

  • "Let's have a baby"

    Yes let's Miku. xD

  • This is actually a good song. I only thought it was creepy from 2:54-3:13

Other than that...I would actually dance to this XD

  • @Marluxia912 IKR!!!!!

  • @Marluxia912 haha I DO dance to this

    Its quite fun actually

  • I totally love this song~

I'm so happy they put it in Project Diva Extend! They even gave her the eyes on her hands~

  • umm are you sure this isnt zatsune miku and not hatsune miku?

  • @soccergurls8619 No its hatsune miku just dressed differently :P trust me we would have figured out if it was zatsune by now

  • @soccergurls8619 No it's Hatsune Miku

  • This song feels quite familiar even the scary rhyme looks as though it was for scaring children?!

  • Funny how four was skipped, considering this song, it seems almost perfect to have four.

This song also, for some reason gives a calming feel to me, kind of a natural feel for me.

  • This has a way different feel than other Vocaloid songs.

  • im kinda scard to go to sleep tonight.....>.<

  • hatsune miku thriler version

  • Lolololol♥

    I jumped. XD

  • I think im going to go watch popipo now....

  • this has been one of my favorite vocaloid songs for a while ^^

    (best part: 3:11 >:3)

  • cool yet disturbing...sort of....*thank god no screamers came out at the end...^-^*

  • 0:57

Did you realize that the kanji is in the shape of the carp?

That's something i love about hachi songs, the kanji's are all messy yet arranged nicely

  • @Choisekunkun I didn't even realize there was kanji in there XD I saw it but didn't realize it was kanji

  • Creepy yet wonderful...I so love Hachi!!!!!! From now on, eight will be my favorite number.

  • I think I'm gonna have nightmares soon....

  • Am I the only one who hears "yaoi, yaoi" as part of the chorus?

  • @rbrastedm26 no.. not alone. >D

  • @rbrastedm26 Looks like we've been reading wayyyy too much yaoi~ XD

  • I'm not 100% sure who to believe on what this song is about, but those who are saying it involves children seem to be correct. Actually, I think it has to do with a child's innocence, but I see some hints of the prostitution theories, so...

  • I remember reading the author said that the song was about the innocence of children and how it can be violently corrupted (ie killing cats and what not) because "they don't know any better". I don't think it has anything to do with prostitution

  • i just went wtf in 3:13 O__O

  • b4, my fav creepy song wus kakome kakome now it's THIS! >:D

  • gawd i luff vocaloid's dark side =w=

  • (japanese) 4=shi 9=kyuu

    shikyuu=(english) uterus

    no 4 and 9(shikyuu)=no uterus=abortion

    I think so.

  • @wgknh24 Weird O.o

  • Song is about miku the devil girl but in order to be that miku has to wear that mask on smth like that

  • @stupidhing33 no it's not, it's a song about prostitute's tragic life in old japan :(...

  • @ghkkaoru pro'lly a giesha.

  • @nikkun725 Geisha were't prostitutes they were entertainers

  • love miku :)

  • Me when listening to this song: This is awesome >:L

Me when thinking of the lyrics: 0_0 I need brain soap

  • I personally think this song would be more suited to Gumi, but Miku is just fine too. :)

  • @mushroomshrub I think it fits Miku

  • I drew the little eye things on my hands and waves at people :D Some of them got really creeped out.

  • I Acted Possesed in class and sang 3:11 And Turned My Head To It's Side And The Teacher Jumped XD :3 BEST MATH CLASS EVEH

  • @StrawberryCakeBunny HA!!! YOU ARE MY IDOL! I'mma do that now!

  • @Darkendangel412

    Teacher:....Julie??...

    are you okay?

    Me: - bows Head-

    -lifts up-

    Yea!! I'm Fine 8D

  • @kankuro876 and @haruhiXmanga the song is about prostitution the but not child prostitution the prostitute got pregnet and had a miss carrage

  • i just realized, she's wearing her kimono right over left. doesnt that mean she's dead or something? :/

  • @CrispyBread2884 Japanese Samurai would where their kimono inverted (Right over left) when they committed Seppuku, or a way of suicide.

  • @zeldafangirl123 Could it be that it's like she's singing from the Other Side? Like she's died and she's singing about the way humans are on earth? She committed Seppuku because of how earth was?

  • @XxZayhnEziexX Possibly. Also considering the title, Rakshasa and Carcasses, it might be. That or the kimono is just for the creep factor, but this is Vocaloid we're talking about here...

  • ill make kids with miku!

  • @vton19631 miku is my big sister XD

  • Comment removed

  • I KNEW MIKU WAS REALLY AN ANBU! XD

  • this song is about child prostitution

  • @kankuro876 no, it's fucking not.

  • @haruhiXmanga yes, it fucking is

  • My opinion:

    1. The representation of miku in this video remains playful even after all that bad stuff happens to her. Children, innocence etc.

    2. Basically I think this song is just about all the bad stuff in the world and how you can make it into a game to try and escape. (At the end she says see you tomorrow right?)

  • i swear i just felt something touch my back. i live next to a graveyard. shit.

  • @haruhiXmanga I think I felt it two, I live 8 blocks away from one :P

  • @haruhiXmanga OMG. SOMEONE TOUCHED MY SHOULDER. I SWEAR! I won't sleep tonight.

  • Miku always know how to make any song that "perfect" creepy.

  • my friend momo got me into this music and now im more insane than before!!!!

  • @MatieralKarla

  • love it! ;D

  • 4:09 matryoshka flash back lol

  • Awesome song

  • This would be a good song if someone who wasn't a robot was singing it. The choppiness of the vocals is really distracting.

  • It took me a while to realize but all the backgrounds with the snakes, stupas, and 'children' etc. are actually cards from the Japanese card game, hanafuda. Each card set represents a plant and month. The relevance to this song? I'm not sure.

  • @TheZetsuShow I think this just means I'm really fucked up.

  • this song is great ^^

  • this song reminds me of when cidicas cry. It creepy enough for it o-o

  • 3:14 - that was not what i had in mind in the verse........ XD

  • She breaks the last butterfly from her past and earns her mask...

  • @Emma1231549 what do u mean..are u a poet....

  • @animelover3083 no it is from a vid i was on then i got to this one... :P

  • this vid is awesome

  • Comment removed

  • I looked it up and I have no idea where you got half of this, since apparently Rakshasa are born from evil people in past lives. It's a kitsune mask.

  • Okay to clear this up rather simply as well, in the story the Rakshasa are helping the girl. The mask is a "Rakushasa" mask...

  • Sorry I forgot to mention, the mother knew about his abuse to her so they used to fight... that's why i said 'them' instead of him...

  • Excuse me but, the song is mostly rotated around the Rakushasa. Look it up and you will probubly get the "jist" of what they're saying. The song also has multipule meanings if you ignore the pictures. In my opinion the song is about young prostitutes or *** slaves one not sold, dies or comits suicide and becomes a Rakushasa. Without the pictures, however, it can also mean that a young girl (7?-13?) was sexualy abused by her father so she killed them and herself and became a Rakushasa.

  • Hi, um, does anyone thinks that the drawing at 0:57 is a man coming out of a serpent?

  • Wow, you know you're a boss when you produce the song and illustrate it.

What would be even more awesome? If Hachi's work was on ITunes!

  • no cats were actually hurt or harmed in the making of this PV

  • the line about innocently vicious crulty reminds me of cat soup :)

  • @ShadowDragonsHeart: Try not to overthink the song. Whatever you think it is: selling bodies, losing virginity, demon festival, cruelty of people, that is what it is. Its like Lynne; most of Hachi stuff makes your brain explode.

On the vid note, how did they make this pv? I want to do a SMT DS version.

  • Okay, this is creepy and fun at the same time to me!! Reminds me of the entrance to the Valley of the Shadows!!!

  • There's a japanese festival in May to celebrate boys. Houses with boys raise big carps made out of cloth into the air. If we say that carps are a symbol of men, this man is probably dead, because carps don't float on their backs unless they're dead.

It's said in Japan that cats that close the doors are cats that have lived so long they became demons. Mataneko is the word for these cats, and it means that their tails have split into two. Anyone notice that this cat has two tails?

  • @SheathArrow wasnt tht a bakeneko? or is that something else? hmm I forgot :U

  • @kersekatnya It can be called a few different things, bakeneko, mataneko or nekomata

  • @SheathArrow where two tails?

  • @animelover3083 check out 2:49 ... the cat has two tails

  • @SheathArrow

lol Just like Rin Kaenbyou from Touhou.

  • @SheathArrow Yeah the Cats are also sadi to sometimes wear clothing and walk up right. I guess it depends on where you hear it, but I heard its name as Neko mata no Mataneko

  • @SheathArrow that sounds very good and i find it funny that you have 48 likes on this post yet you are not in the top comments

  • I'm still not sure about the proper interpretation to this one, but I'm gonna list some things that I've noticed about this song.

Miku's kimono is backwards. Normally, people wear kimonos so that one's right hand can enter the breast pocket, but miku is wearing this right side on top. Japanese people wear kimonos backwards only right before, or after death. That's why in old times, one doing seppuku (a way of honorable death by gutting yourself), wears his kimono backwards.

  • sombody should do this miku zatsune style

  • the music itself reminds me of some sort of Pokemon tunnel xD

  • I don't understand the snake or "cuties were sold" part and the ugly one is left... Is it just supposed to be creepy like that? XD

  • @JustARandomChic7 no, its like child sex slaves (i guess) they sold the "cuties" (being the children) one by one, and the ugly one... well, it was an ugly child that didnt get sold... this song is creepy, but im pretty sure its all true..

  • love thissong x3

btw, does anyone here know a song from hatsune were in the comments stands "sounds like windwaker" with a i think occarina in the beginning, and at the end of the vid you see that half her face/body is rotten away? i forgot the name and i´m simply not able to find it

  • =w=

    this is crazy EVILLLLLLLL~

  • Ah~! <3 This reminds me of Halloween myself! Ugh how awesome this song is! Can't wait for Halloween myself!

  • I mean link >__>

  • download video?

  • 3:17 I spy DOGGYSTYLE!!!

  • @ShadowDaPk lol

  • @InsanePichi you opened up the story AND creeped my out congrats.

  • @EvilEmoCupcakes nah the laughing cat w miku's head bitten off in 0:34 is creepyer

  • @TheZetsuShow No, no ... I'm pretty sure ... Smileys with HOLY FUCKING TEETH are creepier.

  • @EvilEmoCupcakes nah smiles w teeth r nothing compared to wat ive seen.

  • @SableGear you creeped me the fuck out but yes.

  • well, I agree with @BloodyVocaloid but I thought the song was about witches in old japan or at least thats what i saw

  • Whoever watched this whole entire thing without skipping or going down is a god.

  • @TheZetsuShow Yay I'm a God! I love this song and video, it's so much like my life and storys.

  • @TheZetsuShow what, it's supposed to be creepy or something?
