@Theblob516 im like the exact opposite...i have an epi ace frehley les paul that i play all the time...so when i pick up an ibanez its always to to play those wizard necks cause theyre so thin. i dont mind fenders c shaped necks though
Wo...nice demo ...great sound..with what do you record..to get that sound..a video cam..or is it a webcam...???im tryng to get a better sound for my videos..wo...please respond...
so jsut clean amp setting ? , have you tryed playing the pedal through a valve amp as a boost/ distirion colourer? curious as i havent used the pedal.
This is so good. I am so in love with my Satchurator. I run it with a Peavey Transtube 212 EFX. Sounded great, very fluid and terrifying like Paul plays. One thing I noticed is that you had a bit of trouble with the String Skipping lick in the solo. What I would do on those is straighten your fingers a bit more, so its easier to curve up to that E string.
A lot of your sound is going to come from your pickups and your amp. If you're playing through single coils and a tube amp, it's likely you'll be able to dial in those Hendrix like tones. The satchurator is a great thing to put in there to give you a little boost for solos and things of that nature. I do alot of hendrix covers and I use an american strat into a satchurator into a fender hot rod deville. Guitar/amp combo is your key to getting good tone
@MatiBtodo14 dude get a small tube amp. I recommend the laney cub 10.. I used the Satchurator on a Marshall mg30dfx and I couldn't get any decent sounds from it. But when i bought the Laney, my God the sound was so good! Plus the Laney is the same price or even cheaper as the marshall and it is all-tube!
Great playing my friend. I can get a good tone from the Satchurator in a recording set up like what you describe - but not getting a good tone through my amp clean channel (MG100DFX) - any tips?
There is also the Blackstar HT-5, Fender Blues Junior (a little more expensive I think) and lots of others. Depends on your needs. If you want to be able to play in your room, the valeveking might be to "big".
may be...the sound on a clean amp is pretty full of all frequencies, so the result with an already drivin amp may be a little lousy...if you listen to ts9, sd1 ecc.. there is a lack of bass frequencies: this lack keep the sound tight. the vox has lot of bass, so the sound would become a litte muddy. vox+drive amp=stoner rock, vintage sound
sd1/ts9ecc+ drive amp= hard rock, tight metal sound. try it.
Wow, this pedal is right on the money!

Pedals always sound better with tube amps.
suihkubad 3 years ago
can u recommend good tube amp for this pedal wich doesnt exceed 350 dol?
MatiBtodo14 2 years ago
I have a peavey valveking 112 which I beleive is around 370 dollars in the USA. It works well.
