  • bon, eh ! c'est jamais qu'une pietre TR6 .... povre jackie

  • @touitouine

    ??? :-)

  • very nice. my first car in '72 in college in AZ was a '69 TR-6, BR Green. my girlfriend, later my wife, wasn't strong enough to depress the clutch pedal.

  • You have way too much negative rear camber, hence scraping your exhaust with the car sitting low at the back. A TR6 should have minimum 0 - 0.5 +/- degrees, and looking at that film, you have got to be nearer 3 degrees negative. Not good for handling, but looks kinda cool.

  • @MrJayzee101 Old video, read the info on it and all will be explined. ;-)

  • @mctim64 Silly me; didn't click on the link to read the rest. Lovely cars, aren't they?

  • @MrJayzee101 I sure love mine! Right now I'm coming back from Tahoe in the TR6, had a great time driving around the lake and in the mountains. The supercharger makes it a real screamer at altitude.

  • Never mind, but why did they not press the accelerator to the bottom?

  • Ooops - sorry missed that. Id kinda keep the keys in my own pocket from now on though - did you see how close she came to hitting the lamp post during the u turn !!!.

  • @Alfaguy No worrys, she actually like to drive her Herald better. Go figure. :-P

  • You need to look at your rear suspension - there is no way that car should be so low at the back and the rear wheels have an abnormal camber.

  • @Alfaguy Read the info in the uperright corner.

  • 150 hp or the 124 like?

Mine frame is galvenized in a bath. At 150 hp:s it´s a freak

  • The dyno showed it to have 135 HP @ the wheels, you loose a lot of power through the trans, axles and u-joints so I figured about 170 at the crank.

  • Hey man I'm actully goin to be buying a tr6 from my boss in a month or two and I was wondering if u could tell me how you got a hold of a supercharger for it and some pointers on how hard the installition was thanx very much appreiciated

  • My wife drove Jags and Triumphs and

MG's long before I met her...so she can drive anything I give her.

She wants a red TR6 now.

Guess I have to get to work.....

I want a1964 BRG TR4, but hers must come first.

  • You know there is a saying for that. Just kidding, best of luck to you and nice TR6. Its in great shape. Love the video. I bet the thing moves with a supercharger.

  • There is no way in hell I would let a woman drive my pride and joy. WIfe or not.

  • I love my cars, but I love my wife more. If she hurts it I'll be upset but I still love her. ;-)

  • That camber looks factory (rear squat was always an issue with these cars). Did you "correct" it or "upgrade" it? I think the squat looks cool & want to keep it that way on mine:)

  • I had just put lower springs in it that day, you can hear it scrape as she pulls out, But I have since corrected it. You can see it in the "Supercharger" Video. Looks and drives much better, easy to do with a few extra trailing arm mounts.

  • nice exhaust, must be awesome to have a wife whos into cars lol
