  • Amazing video, I love seeing all of this Intelligentsia stuff. Really helps me to figure out how I should be making espresso at home!

  • I love this guy! Long live Intelligentsia!!!

  • Love the plug for Espresso Parts! They are fantastic. I have rebuilt four machines with their help.

  • This make me want to buy an espresso machine.

  • bet he would treat his girlfriend/wife really good if he has that much respect for coffee

  • Surely 1 +1/2 to 2 oz equals a double espresso not a single espresso shot ?

  • I didn't know that making a perfect espresso takes so much knowledge. It's shown here in the most classy way possible; I'm literally dripping over my keyboard! Italy in Chicago!!!

Thank you so much for this enjoyable coffee break :)

  • @bifbof12 oh brother...

  • why so..like it's heart surgery or something..?

  • I've had it with Starbucks, I'm home only thanks to coffeeloverstipsandtricks (.) com

  • nice pictures.

the espresso seems to be a little "lungo". in Italy you get half of it in your cup and the "crema" looks more homogeneous.

    but nice anyway for americans.
