That bottom metal track seems kind of jittery when it moves. Is that something that you can lubricate? I'm sure you could probably lubricate the top slide shaft as well. However, be sure & find out the correct type of lube or otherwise you'll have a giant mess on your hands.
mass data storage, these tapes can hold from 250 GB to 1TB of storage, they are more reliable then flash memory or hard drives, but they are expensive.

I remember this tapes, just don't drop them or you might end up with stuck tape.

But these tapes are only used to store backups of important business data. I suppose you have a tape backup somewhere on your computer?
