Just did it a few hours ago and I can't really complain about it. Just keep practicing at it and you'll get it. Just try and move as quickly as possible to get the stardestroyer where it's supposed to be and that it doesn't drift off far from it's intended spot and when the tie fighters come don't be afraid to take some damage while positioning the ship before you leap into the air and blast 'em with force lightning (thank god you can recover health from killing enemies).

This game has several characteristics of a bad game: Terrible controls, terrible targetting, you get knocked down and lose control of character for extended periods, some of your force moves are pathetic compared to others, it destroys the lore it was created around(lightsaber has the strength of a piece of wood) and terrible trophies(500 kills w/ abilities? lol?) . 90% of your deaths in this game will be you fighting with the controls and your character not doing what you intend.

It's far more simple to use force lightning on the Tie-fighters, rather than trying to force grab them. If leveled high enough, force lightning I mean, it can arc out to nearby enemies letting you destroy Tie-Fighters that are in close proximity of each other quickly. I would suggest staying to the left side of the screen and using force lightning on the Tie-fighters.

There were several times that I destroyed all the Ties, and was completely unable to grab the star destroyer. And there were also times when I was doing exactly what it told me to do with the thumbsticks, but I never was given the chance to pull it down. I call that buggy programming, and I'm pretty sure it's not just my disc.

Grip and hold the ties so they run into eachother, you don't have to throw them. You have a chance to grab them on the right and left sides of the platform as they fly by. If you stand behind the pillars, the ties can't shoot you. Then just follow the on-screen instructions, for the thumb stick, and pull it down. It's doable in about 4 waves of tie's.

You gotta do it all by eye. Sometimes, you still won't be able to do it, but so long as you jump and spam lightning at the TIEs, you should be able to bring it down in 3-5 gos.
