Both of these Bolling pieces were amazingly fun to master and play. Rampal was my inspiration and my model. No one has ever gotten a more consistent and gorgeous sound out of a flute.

claude bolling is my all time favorite composer next to mozart and tchaikovsky
and i believe my favorite flutist would now be jean-pierre rampal :]
