@RedspadesX Well I used FL studio for over a year before I started using ableton... FL is easy to pick up but ableton is soooo much better at everything!! If there are any built in lessons on whatever version of ableton you have, use them!

Plastic Buttons make clicking noises when you press them. In the case of making music, it would get annoying pretty quickly!

@spinboy101 I just bought this the other day, if your anything like me (Easily Frustrated) its not user friendly and no one seems to want to explain how to assign certain sounds on the software to buttons on the controller if you can figure that out then this thing would be the shit! bottomline other wise its annoying.

@retarded93assasin94 well i'd say its not really necessary to use both at the same time, since they can both almost do the same thing, although the launchpad seems more versatile. but if you really want to maybe its possible, depending on your computer.. i cant use my nanokey and m-audio oxygen at the same time and yes you need ableton before you have the launchpad.
