  • You can do it buddy. I know you've probably heard it often, but exercising really helps a lot. I started working out a few weeks ago and the results really shocked me. Just like you said, it's that initial starting up that's the hardest,. Once you're in the groove of working out, things will come easier. By the sounds of it, you might be a little stressed out which also leads to weight gain, so I'm sure once things smooth out with your baby, that'll help as well.

  • There's a trick to speed up your motabolism. Instead of 3 meals a day, you eat 5 small, healthy meals. What it does is makes your stomache always digest food, so instead of saving the food and storing it, it uses the energy as fast as possible. My dad did a program like that, and combined with exersice he lost (I'm not lying, I'm dead serious) 15 pounds every week. I'll try to find it out for you if you really want :)  but good job, and stick with it. You'll be so happy when you're finished!

  • That is some great advice I will definitely do that. Especially the plate thing.

  • Stop eating sweets.. and ignore fat as much as u can.. also cut down on those carbs ;) count the caleroies u eat on weekends.. also put anything ur eating on a plate.. than see how much it looks.. too much.. than cut it down ;)
