Apple is all about the brand, there are plenty of ads that show the phone's functionality and cutting edge software, Palm wasn't claiming it to be the IPhone killer (that was analysts), and the Pre has done wonderful so far.

Palm's stock has raised 10 fold, they're coming out with a new WebOS phone marketed toward a different audience in order to attract more users, and the WebOS is currently considered by many smart phone enthusiast and experts to possess the most potential and outlook.

make a video of things u know because this isn't it, the Palm Pre was and is the the highest bought product on BestBuy ever so launch kinda went well. Also Apple hasn't done anything new revolutionary since the original besides increase the apps. SInce i doubt u have your marketing degree, you'll never increase your market as branding it as a killer of another product.
